WHY THIS ACADEMY?

Talent is evenly distributed in society, but opportunities are not. In the middle
mountaineer, access to high-level sport has become an economic privilege. The cost of
advanced equipment, medical monitoring and athletic planning must never again be a
brake for the youth.
The ALPS RISING Academy is the direct scale-up of our successfully conducted 2026 pilot project.
with disadvantaged young people. Armed with this technical validation, we are sustaining our
action with a permanent annual structure. Our mission: to identify raw potential
of the region, remove the financial barrier, and give them the scientific weapons to get through
from the amateur world to the professional environment.

criteria for the selection

The Academy is not a mass club, it is a high-precision incubator made up of 6
Maximum athletes per year. To join this collective, candidates are evaluated from three
non-negotiable criteria:
● Athletic potential: Detected during our physiological re-entry tests (VMA,
power profile, cardiorespiratory capacities).
● Socio-economic inclusion: The program primarily targets young talents
from modest backgrounds or those in need, for whom the cost of high-level training is prohibitive.
● Strict gender parity (50% for women and 50% for men): the collective must
composed of 3 female athletes and 3 male athletes. We believe in creating
strong female role models in outdoor sports.
